Uncharted Human

Grief changes people. So do endings, aging, love, loss, and living long enough to know better.

Sometimes the hardest part isn’t the change itself. It’s everything we tell ourselves about what that change is supposed to mean.

That we’re stuck. Off track. Out of alignment. Too much. Not enough. Doing grief wrong. Failing to become who we were before.

I’m more interested in asking a different question:

What if this version of you makes sense?

I don’t know where every trail leads. But I know some of these woods.

If something here has made you curious about your own patterns, I sometimes explore individual territory too.
